Job Description As a Full Stack Software Developer at Dutchess Management, you will play an integral role in our team's operational, integration, telemetry, and product development efforts. You will work closely with our portfolio companies and partners, providing critical technology support and solutions.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Develop and integrate software for operational, integration, and telemetry systems.
Work closely with portfolio companies and partners to understand their technological needs and provide appropriate support.
Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework React, Vue.js, Angular etc.)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX designStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to constantly learn and improve.

Dutchess Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an intern. The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team. A background in finance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
The intern will assist in conducting research, analyzing financial data, and helping to develop financial strategies for the firm's clients. They will also have the opportunity to learn about various financial products and services, and gain exposure to the daily operations of the firm.
This is a full-time, paid internship and will last for a period of three to six months. The intern will work closely with members of the firm's financial team and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
