You will be doing financial analysis and building financial models in Excel to determine the quality of investment opportunities and communicating those findings directly to the CEO and our clients.
This role also requires critical thinking and dynamic problem solving. Much of what we do involves solving complicated business challenges and helping budding companies grow and scale.

We are seeking a college senior or recent college graduate to fill an opening in our Quantitative Associate position.
A quantitative associate is a highly-skilled and analytical professional who is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quantitative models and strategies at a financial services firm. This individual works closely with other members of the quantitative team, as well as other teams within the firm, to provide expert analysis and support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quantitative models and strategies to support the firm's investment activities
Collaborate with other teams within the firm to integrate quantitative models and strategies into the firm's operations and processes
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in financial markets and data
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of quantitative models and strategies
Provide expert guidance and support to other teams within the firm on quantitative modeling and analysis
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of quantitative finance, and identify opportunities for the firm to innovate and improve its operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
Experience working in a quantitative role within a financial services firm or related industry-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex quantitative models and strategies
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
Knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, and experience applying these techniques to financial data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teams within the firm
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Dutchess Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an intern. The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team. A background in finance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
The intern will assist in conducting research, analyzing financial data, and helping to develop financial strategies for the firm's clients. They will also have the opportunity to learn about various financial products and services, and gain exposure to the daily operations of the firm.
This is a full-time, paid internship and will last for a period of three to six months. The intern will work closely with members of the firm's financial team and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
